EXECUTIVE OFFICERS

Thaddeus Griffin, MBA, BS, AA

President

Mr. Griffin serves as the Assistant Field Director within the Houston, Branch Office of the Houston Regulatory Audit Field Office. He started his career in auditing in 1989 with Defense Contract Audit Agency in El Segundo, California. Mr. Griffin has over 30 years of auditing experience. Mr. Griffin graduated from Grambling State University with a B.S. in Management and received a Master’s in Business Administration from Alabama A&M University. He has provided encouragement and mentorship to youth and young adults including members of the board. He has also provided financial assistance to those youth aspiring higher education. He believes that education is the catalyst to enhancing the quality of life for youth in our community.

Jerlinda Heard, BS

Vice President Music & Entertainment

Ms. Heard has worked as an Aeronautical Engineer for the past 17 years for Lockheed Martin. She currently works in Airframe Structural and Equipment Installation Design. Ms. Heard is a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where she obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In high school, she was a pioneer serving as a member of the first class to participate in the Academy of Math, Science and Engineering at John F. Kennedy where she later graduated in the top ten of her class. Ms. Heard has been an exemplary student and consummate professional her entire life. She has served as a mentor to youth and has provided financial assistance to youth in high school and those who are pursuing higher education. She believes that education is the great equalizer to success in life.

Huey Dunomes, MPA, BS

Vice President Education

Mr. Dunomes serves as a Program Manager for the Tennessee Department of Children Services. He has been a public servant for 20 years. He began his career in 1997, with the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services. He received a BS in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Central State University in Wilberforce, OH in 1997 and later received his Masters in Public Administration from Strayer University in Memphis, TN, in 2011. Mr. Dunomes is a long standing member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He was mentored by, Thaddeus Griffin, who instilled in him the importance of education. Mr. Dunomes is a perfect example of how higher education can have a positive impact in a person’s life and he is passionate about ensuring that other youth are afforded the same opportunity.

Desirae Williams, BS

Executive Treasurer

Ms Williams is an Infrastructure Specialist in the Office of Community Development, Disaster Recovery Unit, for the State of Louisiana. She began her career with Pan American Insurance in 1981 as a Statistical Assistant. She received her BS in Math and Statistics from Grambling State University in July of 1981. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta where she has volunteered in numerous community activities. Delta Sigma Theta is dedicated to the educational enrichment of individuals seeking higher education. She has worked with the local executive board in New Orleans providing financial and analytical assistance, where necessary. In addition to assisting the great citizens of New Orleans, La. recover from hurricanes Katrina/Rita, she enjoys family time with her three grandkids and extended family members.

Tiffany Ramee, BA

Mrs. Ramee is a senior accountant in the Pathology department at Tulane University of Medicine. She received her BA in accounting from Dillard University in May 1995. Mrs. Ramee manages over $5 million in federal, state, and private research grants awarded to the Tulane Pathology department. She is responsible for budget analysis and internal auditing for all grant accounts and $500,000 in internal accounts. Mrs. Ramee has been with Tulane University for 17 years.

This board holds over 100 years of public service experience to include Federal and Military Service, Local and State Government, Government Contracts and Health & Wellness. With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies to encourage and support our youth. Education is something that we take very seriously, and our board is working each and every day to make a positive impact.
